The water heater is easy to operate with either 12 volt ignition for the LP gas or a 110 volt heating element. On the outside four corner stabilizer jacks that are frame mounted will provide a stable foundation while camping. There is a large awning for relaxing under when the sun is to warm. For convenience there is an exterior shower to help clean up the messes you don't want inside.
