2003 TRAIL-LITE BY R-VISION 225, Anyone can drive this motorhome, and with the 6 liter V8, merging onto the highway, passing trucks and climbing mountains is no problem! I didn't realize how wonderful the short wheelbase would be for maneuverability. You can get it in anywhere, and backing into a campsite is a breeze. You can run to a grocery store and fit in a regular parking space if you need to. You'll be amazed at the space inside as well. The dinette seats four, the couch seats three, and they both fold down to combine into a bed that is 10" longer than a king! Lots of cabinets and storage, and a decent bathroom with a tub/shower. Entertainment includes 5.1 surround DVD system. A 3 burner stove and a convection microwave give lots of cooking ability. You get so much BIG motor home ammenities in an easy to manage size! We wanted to quiet down the road noise, so we had the door panels and the underside clad in soundproofing for a quiet ride that allows conversation between the front and the back. We also added remote keyless entry, a color back up camera and distance alarm. Its never been smoked in and, quite frankly, it still smells new. The Onan 4KV generator provides plenty of power to run the A/C, oven, lights and entertainment-all at the same time. ALL scheduled maintenance has been performed, including all the generator maintenance that virtually nobody does: blowing out the flame arrestor, oil changes and REGULAR running to keep carbuerator varnish at bay, (once upon a time, I was a mechanic). New units like this are in the 70 - 90 thousand range. Huge value and functionality in a small footprint and at a bargain price. We're just not going to be able to use it much at all for the next two years, so we're selling now and will, gulp, replace it later for a much bigger price tag.
